Can parents speak to the driver beforehand?
Yes. Obed confirms the booking directly by phone, and that is the number to call on the night.
Can you pick up from several homes?
Yes. List each address and the order in the trip notes and Obed will build the route into the confirmation.
What if the night runs late?
Put the expected return time in the request. Any change to the agreed hours is worked out with Obed directly, not added silently.
